The island is very rugged with dangerous cliffs, uneven paths, no roads or automobiles. The walk from the boat to the accomodations is an intense walk/hike up to the top of the plateau. Are you comfortable with this?

These are historically listed properties, some with steep stairs, and eccentric quirks. ALL of the bathrooms are shared and some can be a bit of a journey to get to. Are you ok with this?

Do you agree to keep the shared spaces and restrooms clean and free of personal items at all times?

The island can be a chilly, windy, rainy wonderland. They have updated facilities, heat, and working fireplaces but could have drafts and at night the heat can be intermittent. Are you ok with this?

There is NO WI-FI or cell service in ANY of the properties -- which we believe is an even greater help in focusing creativity-- so we recommend bringing any books for research as opposed to counting on the internet. For emergencies the church has limited wifi. Are you ok with this?
